The 15th edition reflects changes in the structure and technical level of operation and maintenance in power systems and at power facilities of the Russian Federation. The Rules set forth the basic organizational and technical requirements for the operation of energy facilities, the steady implementation of which will ensure the economical, reliable and well-coordinated work of all links of energy systems.
В 15-м издании отражены изменения в структуре и техническом уровне эксплуатации и ремонта в энергосистемах и на энергообъектах Российской Федерации. В Правилах изложены основные организационные и технические требования к эксплуатации энергетических объектов, неуклонное выполнение которых обеспечит экономичную, надежную и слаженную работу всех звеньев энергетических систем.
