Instructions For Design, Construction and Redesign of Field Oil and Gas Pipelines
Status: Not effective - Canceled. Order of the Ministry of Energy dated July 26, 2017 No. 673
The standards apply to the projected under construction and reconstructed field steel pipelines with a diameter of up to 1,400 mm inclusively with an overpressure of the medium not exceeding 32.0 MPa of oil, gas, gas condensate fields and underground gas storage facilities. The instruction establishes the technical characteristics of field oil and gas pipelines ensuring the safety of people, structures and the environment in the areas of laying of these pipelines when they perform the main task of transporting the planned amount of product. Achieving the required operational characteristics is carried out by regulating design solutions, assigning a system of design coefficients to ensure the required level of reliability, assigning safe distances between parallel pipelines and from pipelines to ground engineering structures providing a standardized level of risk, assigning requirements to technological operations for constructing pipelines that ensure high quality construction of pipelines in various natural loviyah with minimal impact on the environment and for safety, by the application of advanced technology solutions.
