The instruction should be used when: a) designing clothes on newly constructed and reconstructed roads and streets; b) development of catalogs and albums of typical solutions for pavement structures; c) assessment of the strength and design of the reinforcement of clothes of existing roads and streets; d) deciding on the restriction and regulation of traffic on the roads and streets during adverse periods of the year, as well as on the period of possible passage on the road without compromising the strength of clothes of particularly heavy loads that are not intended to be on the road throughout the year.
Инструкцией следует пользоваться при: а) проектировании одежд на вновь сооружаемых и реконструируемых дорогах и улицах; б) разработке каталогов и альбомов типовых решений по конструкциям дорожных одежд; в) оценке прочности и проектировании усиления одежд существующих дорог и улиц; г) решении вопроса об ограничении и регулировании движения на эксплуатируемых дорогах и улицах в неблагоприятные периоды года, а также о сроке возможного пропуска по дороге без ущерба для прочности одежды особо тяжелых нагрузок, не предназначенных для движения по дороге в течение всего года.
