Instruction on the Monitoring of the Condition of Soil at Objects of Enterprises of the Ministry of the Oil Industry
Инструкция по контролю за состоянием почв на объектах предприятий Миннефтепрома.
Status: Not effective
The instruction is designed to organize monitoring of the soil on land allocated to oil industry enterprises for temporary and permanent use, as well as exposed to production activities outside the designated areas, and regulates the selection of soil samples, analytical work, assessment of soil events.
Инструкция предназначена для организации контроля за состоянием почв на землях, отведенных предприятиям нефтяной промышленности во временное и постоянное пользование, а также подверженных воздействию производственной деятельности вне отведенных территорий, и регламентирует отбор почвенных образцов, проведение аналитических работ, оценку состояния почв с целью разработки и выполнения землеохранных мероприятий.
