Standards must be observed in the design of newly built and reconstructed civil defense defenses (shelters and anti-radiation shelters) located in industrial, auxiliary, residential and public buildings and other facilities of the national economy, as well as detached shelters in buried or elevated constructions
Нормы должны соблюдаться при проектировании вновь строящихся и реконструируемых защитных сооружений гражданской обороны (убежищ и противорадиационных укрытий), размещаемых в приспосабливаемых для этих целей помещениях производственных, вспомогательных, жилых и общественных зданий и других объектов народного хозяйства, а также отдельно стоящих убежищ в заглубленных или возвышающихся сооружениях
