Rules for the installation and safe operation of crane manipulators

Status: Not effective - No longer valid. By order of Rostekhnadzor dated No. 95 dated 03.03.2014, the resolution that approved these Rules was recognized as not applicable
The rules apply to: a) truck-mounted cranes: automobile, pneumatic, short base, crawler, on a special chassis, on a chassis of wheeled and crawler tractors, rail, railway, shifting, trailed, self-aligning, installed on the foundation; b) load handling organs (hooks, grabs, electromagnets, etc.) used on lifting cranes-manipulators; c) removable load gripping devices (slings, grabs, traverses, etc.). The rules do not apply to: a) manipulators installed in the mines of the mining industry, on sea and river vessels and other floating structures; b) manipulators used in robotic systems (electrical overload manipulators such as MPE, balanced pneumatic manipulators such as MPS, etc.); c) wood processing manipulators; d) manipulator cranes designed to work only with special attachments (vibratory pile drivers, tongue pulls, cradles, drilling equipment, etc.); e) special cranes-manipulators of the military department.
Правила распространяются на: а) краны-манипуляторы: автомобильные, пневмоколесные, короткобазовые, гусеничные, на специальном шасси, на шасси колесного и гусеничного тракторов, рельсовые, железнодорожные, переставные, прицепные, самоустанавливающиеся, устанавливаемые на фундаменте; б) грузозахватные органы (крюки, грейферы, электромагниты и т.п.), применяемые на грузоподъемных кранах-манипуляторах; в) съемные грузозахватные приспособления (стропы, захваты, траверсы и т.п.). Правила не распространяются на: а) манипуляторы, установленные в шахтах горнодобывающей промышленности, на морских и речных судах и иных плавучих сооружениях; б) манипуляторы, применяемые в робототехнических системах (манипуляторы перегрузочные электрические типа МПЭ, манипуляторы пневматические сбалансированные типа МПС и т.п.); в) манипуляторы по обработке древесины; г) краны-манипуляторы, предназначенные для работы только со специальным навесным оборудованием (вибропогружателями, шпунтовыдергивателями, люльками, буровым оборудованием и т.п.); д) специальные краны-манипуляторы военного ведомства.
