This set of rules was developed in accordance with Article 87 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of July 22, 2008 No. 123-F3 "Technical Regulations on Fire Safety Requirements", is a regulatory document on fire safety in the field of standardization of voluntary use and establishes general requirements for fire resistance objects of protection, including buildings, structures, buildings and fire compartments, at the stages of their design, construction, overhaul and reconstruction, as well as other works, communication GOVERNMENTAL with complete or partial replacement of building structures, replacement of fillings of openings in structures with controlled fire resistance, as well as a class of functional fire hazard changes. This set of rules can be used in the development of special technical conditions for the design and construction of buildings.
Настоящий свод правил разработан в соответствии со статьей 87 Федерального закона Российской Федерации от 22 июля 2008 г. №123-Ф3 "Технический регламент о требованиях пожарной безопасности", является нормативным документом по пожарной безопасности в области стандартизации добровольного применения и устанавливает общие требования по обеспечению огнестойкости объектов защиты, в том числе зданий, сооружений, строений и пожарных отсеков, на этапах их проектирования, строительства, капитального ремонта и реконструкции, а также иных работ, связанных с полной или частичной заменой строительных конструкций, заменой заполнений проемов в строительных конструкциях с нормируемыми пределами огнестойкости, а также при изменений класса функциональной пожарной опасности. Настоящий свод правил может быть использован при разработке специальных технических условий на проектирование и строительство зданий
