Система стандартов безопасности труда. Испытания и измерения электрические. Общие требования безопасности
Status: Effective. The limitation of effectiveness has been lifted: Resolution of the State Standard No. 2020 dated 07.07.86 (IUS 10-1986)
The standard applies to electrical testing and measurement carried out to verify product quality, and establishes general safety requirements for conducting these tests. The standard does not apply to research tests, tests with application of low voltage, as well as tests carried out in explosive atmospheres.
Стандарт распространяется на электрические испытания и измерения, осуществляемые с целью проверки качества продукции, и устанавливает общие требования безопасности к проведению указанных испытаний. Стандарт не распространяется на исследовательские испытания, испытания с применением малого напряжения, а также испытания, осуществляемые во взрывоопасных средах.
