The standard applies to steel apparatuses with mechanical mixing devices (hereinafter referred to as apparatuses) with a nominal volume from 0.01 to 100 m3, intended for carrying out various technological processes in liquid media with a density of up to 2000 kg
Стандарт распространяется на стальные аппараты с механическими перемешивающими устройствами (далее - аппараты) номинальным объемом от 0,01 до 100 м3, предназначенные для проведения различных технологических процессов в жидких средах плотностью до 2000 кг/м3 и динамической вязкостью не более 200 ПаЧс при рабочей температуре от минус 40 до плюс 350 °С и рабочем избыточном давлении не более 6,3 МПа, на гуммированные аппараты в части изготовления металлических конструкций, а также на аппараты, работающие при отсутствии давления и под вакуумом с остаточным давлением не ниже 665 Па. Стандарт определяет основные требования к изготовлению, методам контроля и поставке аппаратов. Стандарт не распространяется на аппараты с эмалевым покрытием и аппараты, изготовленные из чугуна и неметаллических материалов, а также обогреваемые топочными газами или открытым пламенем.
