Norms and rules are taken into account when developing requirements for the design assignment of multifunctional high-rise buildings and building complexes in Moscow, as well as when developing conditions for their design. The rules do not apply to the overhaul, reconstruction and modernization of high-rise buildings and building complexes in Moscow.
Нормы и правила учитываются при разработке требований к заданию на проектирование многофункциональных высотных зданий и зданий-комплексов в г. Москве, а также при разработке условий на их проектирование. Правила не распространяются на капитальный ремонт, реконструкцию и модернизацию высотных зданий и зданий-комплексов в г. Москве.
