Terms of supply of imported equipment, goods, materials and components for nuclear facilities, radiation sources and storage of the Russian Federation

Status: Partially canceled. By order of Rostekhnadzor No. 193 dated 04/28/2018, RD 03-36-2002 is not applicable in terms of the supply of imported equipment, products, materials and components for nuclear power plants, structures and complexes with research nuclear reactors, critical and subcritical nuclear facilities.
Delivery conditions determine the procedure for evaluating imported equipment and products affecting the safety of nuclear facilities, radiation sources and storage facilities, as well as imported materials and components, including those directly supplied to nuclear facilities, to the requirements of the rules and regulations in force in the Russian Federation use of atomic energy.
Условия поставки определяют процедуру оценки импортного оборудования и изделий, влияющих на безопасность ядерных установок, радиационных источников и пунктов хранения, а также импортных материалов и комплектующих, в том числе непосредственно поставляемых на объекты использования атомной энергии, требованиям действующих в Российской Федерации норм и правил в области использования атомной энергии.
