Sanitary rules establish hygienic safety standards for humans and apply to food products, food additives and auxiliary agents at the stages of development and launch of new types of specified products; during its production, import into the country and circulation, as well as during the development of regulatory documentation, sanitary-epidemiological expertise and state registration, in the prescribed manner. Sanitary rules are intended for individual entrepreneurs and legal entities whose activities are carried out in the field of production, importation into the country and circulation of food products, food additives and aids, as well as for bodies and institutions exercising state sanitary and epidemiological supervision
Санитарные правила устанавливают гигиенические нормативы безопасности для человека и распространяются на пищевые продукты, пищевые добавки и вспомогательные средства на этапах разработки и постановки на производство новых видов указанной продукции; при ее производстве, ввозе в страну и обороте, а также при разработке нормативной документации, санитарно-эпидемиологической экспертизе и государственной регистрации, в установленном порядке. Санитарные правила предназначены для индивидуальных предпринимателей и юридических лиц, деятельность которых осуществляется в области производства, ввоза в страну и оборота пищевых продуктов, пищевых добавок и вспомогательных средств, а также для органов и учреждений, осуществляющих государственный санитарно-эпидемиологический надзор
