The standard applies to subsonic passenger and transport aircraft with turbojet or turbojet bypass engines of all mass categories with a runway length (runway) of more than 610 m, and aircraft with piston, turboprop and turboprop-fan engines with a takeoff weight of more than 5700 kg
Cтандарт распространяется на дозвуковые пассажирские и транспортные самолеты с турбореактивными или турбореактивными двухконтурными двигателями всех массовых категорий с длиной взлетно-посадочной полосы (ВПП) более 610 м, и на самолеты с поршневыми, турбовинтовыми и турбовинтовентиляторными двигателями со взлетной массой более 5700 кг.
