Canned homogenized baby food. The method of determining the quality of grinding

The standard applies to fruit, vegetable, fruit-vegetable and vegetable-fruit homogenized canned food for baby food, including juice products with pulp and establishes a method for determining the quality of their grinding (degree of dispersion) using optical microscopy.
Стандарт распространяется на фруктовые, овощные, фруктово-овощные и овощефруктовые гомогенизированные консервы для детского питания, в том числе на соковую продукцию с мякотью и устанавливает метод определения качества их измельчения (степени дисперсности) с применением оптической микроскопии.
