The standard applies to processed products of fruits and vegetables, including fruit and vegetable juices, nectars, juice drinks, fruit and vegetable concentrated juices, mashed potatoes and concentrated mashed potatoes, fruit drinks and concentrated fruit drinks, jelly, fruit drinks, including those made from dried fruit. (dried fruits), jams, marmalades, jams, fruit and vegetable sauces, ketchups and sets the rules for acceptance and methods of sampling. The standard does not apply to salted fruits and vegetables, pickled fruits and vegetables, quick-frozen fruits and vegetables, dried fruits, fresh fruits and vegetables. The standard does not apply to sampling methods for microbiological testing.
