Status: Effective - Introduced for the first time
The standard establishes: - categories of potentially hazardous facilities, buildings and structures to be equipped with structured systems for monitoring and managing the engineering systems of buildings and structures (hereinafter referred to as SMIS); - basic requirements for the construction of SMES; - a list of SMES functions ensuring the solution of object security tasks; - the order of information interfacing of data from SMIS with a single duty dispatcher service of the city, region; - the procedure for testing and commissioning SMIS.
Стандарт устанавливает: - категории потенциально опасных объектов, зданий и сооружений, подлежащих оснащению структурированными системами мониторинга и управления инженерными системами зданий и сооружений (далее - СМИС); - основные требования к построению СМИС; - перечень функций СМИС, обеспечивающих решение задач безопасности объектов; - порядок информационного сопряжения данных от СМИС с единой дежурно-диспетчерской службой города, района; - порядок проведения испытаний и приемки в эксплуатацию СМИС.
