Fire engineering. Generators of extinguishing aerosol. General technical requirements. Test methods
Status: Effective - Introduced for the first time. IUS 2-2010; Introduced with early application right
This standard applies to all types and varieties (families) of fire extinguishing aerosol generators placed on stationary objects, equipped with aerosol-forming compounds and intended to produce fire extinguishing aerosol and supply it to protected premises for localization and fire extinguishing. This standard establishes general technical requirements, safety requirements, procedures and methods for conducting all types of tests of fire-extinguishing aerosol generators. This standard does not apply to fire-extinguishing aerosol generators intended for operational use, protection of vehicles and other objects designed and operated according to special standards.
