The standard applies to the UHL solid-rolled wheels in accordance with GOST 15150 for wheel sets of trucks and passenger cars of locomotive traction, passenger, cargo and shunting locomotives, motor and non-motor wheel sets of electric and diesel trains, special railway rolling stock.
Стандарт распространяется на цельнокатаные колеса исполнения УХЛ по ГОСТ 15150 для колесных пар тележек грузовых и пассажирских вагонов локомотивной тяги, пассажирских, грузовых и маневровых локомотивов, моторных и немоторных колесных пар вагонов электро- и дизель-поездов, специального железнодорожного подвижного состава.
