Status: Superseded in part. Not applicable by order of the Ministry of Construction of Russia No. 776
The set of rules applies to the design of buildings, structures, grounds and premises for parking (storage) of cars, minibuses and motor vehicles (motorcycles, motorcycles with a sidecar, scooters, mopeds, scooters, etc.), bringing them to one design form (passenger car) in accordance with paragraph 11.19 SP 42.13330. The code of rules does not apply to garages intended for the repair and maintenance of vehicles, as well as to parking lots used to transport explosives, toxic and radioactive substances.
Свод правил распространяется на проектирование зданий, сооружений, площадок и помещений для стоянки (хранения) автомобилей, микроавтобусов и мототранспортных средств (мотоциклов, мотоциклов с коляской, мотороллеров, мопедов, скутеров и т. П.) с приведением их к одному расчетному виду (легковому автомобилю) в соответствии с пунктом 11.19 СП 42.13330. Свод правил не распространяется на гаражи, предназначенные для ремонта и технического обслуживания автомобилей, а также на стоянки автомобилей, использующихся для перевозки взрывчатых, ядовитых и радиоактивных веществ.
