Status: Superseded in part. By Order of the Ministry of Construction of Russia No. 513

The rules apply to the design of the foundations of hydraulic structures of all classes in accordance with SP 58.13330, including gravity, arch and counterforce dams, retaining walls, locks, offshore and port facilities, natural slopes and artificial slopes in the areas of hydraulic structures.
