Status: Effective

The set of rules applies to the design of the foundations of buildings and structures erected in the area of permafrost (permafrost) soils. Norms, except for paragraphs. 4.1-5.7, do not apply to the design of the foundations of hydraulic structures, roadbed of roads and railways, airfield pavements and foundations of machines with dynamic loads.

Свод правил распространяется на проектирование оснований фундаментов зданий и сооружений, возводимых на территории распространения вечномерзлых (многолетнемерзлых) грунтов. Нормы, кроме пп. 4.1-5.7, не распространяются на проектирование оснований гидротехнических сооружений, земляного полотна автомобильных и железных дорог, аэродромных покрытий и фундаментов машин с динамическими нагрузками.
