The set of rules establishes the norms and rules for the design and reconstruction of thermal power plants (TPP) on organic fuels with steam turbine and gas turbine units with a capacity of more than 1 MW. The rules of the rules do not apply to the design of nuclear, geothermal, diesel and mobile power plants.
Свод правил устанавливает нормы и правила проектирования и реконструкции тепловых электростанций (ТЭС) на органических видах топлива с паротурбинными и газотурбинными агрегатами мощностью более 1 МВт. Нормы свода правил не распространяются на проектирование атомных, геотермальных, дизельных и передвижных электростанций.
