Warehouses of dry mineral hestilizers and chamical means of protection plants

Status: Effective
Standards apply to the design of newly constructed, reconstructed and technically re-equipped warehouse buildings and premises intended for storage: agrochemicals, including dry mineral fertilizers and chemical ameliorates (without limiting capacity); solid and liquid packaged pesticides with a capacity of not more than 4000 tons; chemical preservatives feed supplied to agriculture without packaging; liquid ammonia used as a fertilizer and chemical reagent. The code of practice does not apply to the design of railroad warehouses of pesticides with a capacity of more than 4,000 tons, warehouses that are part of the reserve purpose bases, factory warehouses, as well as warehouses of highly toxic substances (SDYAV) and ammonia containers.
Нормы распространяются на проектирование вновь строящихся, реконструируемых и технически перевооружаемых складских зданий и помещений, предназначенных для хранения: агрохимикатов, в том числе сухих минеральных удобрений и химических мелиорантов (без ограничения вместимости); твердых и жидких затаренных пестицидов вместимостью не более 4000 т; химических консервантов кормов, поставляемых сельскому хозяйству без тары; жидкого аммиака, используемого в качестве удобрения и химического реагента. Свод правил не распространяется на проектирование прирельсовых складов пестицидов вместимостью более 4000 т, складов, входящих в состав баз резервного назначения, заводских складов, а также складов сильнодействующих ядовитых веществ (СДЯВ) и складов аммиачных баллонов.
