Status: Effective
This standard applies to steel and shaped products with thermal insulation of polyurethane foam in a polyethylene sheath or steel sheeting, intended for underground laying of heat networks (in a polyethylene sheath - channel-free, with a steel sheath - in ducts and tunnels) and above-ground laying of heat networks (for pipes with a steel sheeting) with the following design parameters of the coolant: working pressure not more than 1.6 MPa and temperature not more than 140 degrees. C (a temperature increase of not more than 150 degrees is allowed. C within the schedule of high-quality regulation of heat supply 150 degrees C - 70 degrees C). In agreement with the project organization, it is allowed to use insulated pipes in a polyethylene sheath in non-passage channels. It is also allowed to use insulated pipes for pipelines transporting other substances (oil, gas, etc.)
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на стальные и фасонные изделия с тепловой изоляцией из пенополиуретана в полиэтиленовой оболочке или стальным защитным покрытием, предназначенные для подземной прокладки тепловых сетей (в полиэтиленовой оболочке - бесканальным способом, со стальной защитной оболочкой - в проходных каналах и туннелях) и надземной прокладки тепловых сетей (для труб со стальным защитным покрытием) со следующими расчетными параметрами теплоносителя: рабочим давлением не более 1,6 МПа и температурой не более 140 град. С (допускается повышение температуры не более 150 град. С в пределах графика качественного регулирования отпуска тепла 150 град. С - 70 град. С). По согласованию с проектной организацией допускается применение изолированных труб в полиэтиленовой оболочке в непроходных каналах. Допускается также примение изолированных труб для трубопроводов, транспортирующих другие вещества (нефть, газ и пр.)
