The standard applies to food products and establishes methods for determining the number of mesophilic aerobic and optional anaerobic microorganisms (bacteria, yeast and mold fungi): the method of sowing in agar nutrient media and the method of the most probable number.
Стандарт распространяется на пищевые продукты и устанавливает методы определения количества мезофильных аэробных и факультативно-анаэробных микроорганизмов (бактерий, дрожжей и плесневых грибов): метод посева в агаризованные питательные среды и метод наиболее вероятного числа.
