Status: Applied in the EAEU
The standard applies to hard rennet cheeses (hereinafter - cheeses), produced from cow's milk using milk-clotting enzymes and lactic acid bacteria, intended for direct consumption. The standard does not apply to hard and semi-solid rennet cheeses, the assortment of which is stipulated by GOST 7616, GOST 11041, GOST 27568. The standards of the Russian Federation referred to in this standard are applied in accordance with ST RK 1.9
Стандарт распространяется на сыры сычужные твердые (далее - сыры), вырабатываемые из коровьего молока с использованием молокосвертывающих ферментов и молочнокислых бактерий, предназначенный для непосредственного употребления в пищу. Стандарт не распространяется на сыры сычужные твердые и полутвердые, ассортимент которых предусмотрен ГОСТ 7616, ГОСТ 11041, ГОСТ 27568. Стандарты Российской Федерации, на которые сделаны ссылки в настоящем стандарте применяются в соответствии с СТ РК 1.9
