The set of rules establishes requirements for monitoring new and reconstructing existing permanent bridges and pipes under embankments and extends to new and reconstructed permanent bridges, bridges, overpasses, overpasses, cattle passages, viaducts and pipes; on highways, including on-farm roads of agricultural and industrial enterprises, on streets and roads of settlements; on the 1520 mm gauge railways when passenger trains move at speeds up to 200 km
Свод правил устанавливает требования по мониторингу новых и реконструкции существующих постоянных мостовых сооружений и труб под насыпями и распространяется на новые и реконструируемые постоянные мостовые сооружения, мосты, путепроводы, эстакады, скотопрогоны, виадуки и трубы; на автомобильных дорогах, в том числе внутрихозяйственных дорогах сельскохозяйственных и промышленных предприятий, на улицах и дорогах населенных пунктов; на железных дорогах колеи 1520 мм при движении пассажирских поездов со скоростями до 200 км/ч, линиях метрополитена и трамвая; на дорогах под совмещенное движение транспортных средств - автомобильных и поездов железных дорог, трамваев и метрополитена; на пешеходных дорогах.
