Buildings and territories. Protection design rules from traffic noise

The requirements of this set of rules should be applied in the design, construction, reconstruction and overhaul of buildings and structures and improvement of the adjacent territories in order to timely develop measures to protect them from the adverse effects of traffic noise. This set of rules applies: to the rules for calculating the noise characteristics of road and rail transport flows; rules for assessing and predicting the distribution of traffic noise levels in the territories and in residential and public buildings adjacent to transport roads; design of measures to reduce traffic noise in the territories and in residential and public buildings, as well as to design the most effective measures for protection of residential, public, business and recreational areas from traffic noise and residential and public buildings located there noise maps of individual territories (of the settlement as a whole).
Требования настоящего свода правил следует применять при проектировании, строительстве, реконструкции и капитальном ремонте зданий и сооружений и благоустройстве прилегающих к ним территорий в целях своевременной разработки мероприятий по их защите от неблагоприятного воздействия транспортного шума. Настоящий свод правил распространяется: на правила расчета шумовых характеристик потоков автомобильного и рельсового транспорта; правила оценки и прогнозирования распределения уровней транспортного шума на территориях и в помещениях жилых и общественных зданий, прилегающих к транспортным дорогам; проектирование мероприятий по снижению уровней транспортного шума на территориях и в помещениях жилых и общественных зданий, а также на проектирование наиболее эффективных мероприятий по защите от транспортного шума территорий жилых, общественно-деловых и рекреационных зон и расположенных на них жилых и общественных зданий, правила разработки оперативных карт шума отдельных территорий (населенного пункта в целом).
