Status: Effective - Introduced for the first time
The set of rules applies to the design of new, reconstructed and thoroughly repaired buildings and structures of football stadiums, including buildings and structures of football stadiums related to unique objects. The set of rules applies to all categories of football stadiums (the highest, the first - the fifth), which have a sports arena for buildings and structures, designed for football matches and the training process, excluding athletic track and sectors. The set of rules establishes the minimum requirements for football stadiums, their infrastructure, architectural, construction and engineering solutions necessary for football matches in the territory of the Russian Federation, and ensuring their safe operation.
Свод правил распространяется на проектирование новых, реконструируемых и капитально ремонтируемых зданий и сооружений футбольных стадионов, в т.ч. зданий и сооружений футбольных стадионов, относящихся к уникальным объектам. Свод правил распространяется на все категории футбольных стадионов (высшая, первая - пятая), имеющие в составе зданий и сооружений спортивную арену, предназначенную для проведения футбольных матчей и учебно-тренировочного процесса, исключая легкоатлетические спортивные дорожки и секторы. Свод правил устанавливает минимальные требования, предъявляемые к футбольным стадионам, их инфраструктуре, архитектурно-строительным и инженерным решениям, необходимые при проведении футбольных матчей на территории Российской Федерации, и обеспечивающие их безопасную эксплуатацию.
