Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union "On the Safety of Chemical Products"

Status: The document is enacted from 02.06.2021. The decision on the adoption of the Technical Regulations shall enter into force after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication 02.06.2021
This technical regulation establishes uniform requirements for chemical products to be released into circulation, as well as rules and forms for assessing its compliance, identification rules, requirements for terminology, labeling and rules for its application.
Настоящий технический регламент устанавливает единые обязательные для применения и исполнения на таможенной территории союза требования к химической продукции, выпускаемой в обращение, а также правила и формы оценки ее соответствия, правила идентификации, требования к терминологии, маркировке и правилам ее нанесения.
