Правила эксплуатации вентиляционных устройств не учитывают особых условий работы на различных предприятиях министерства и должны рассматриваться как общие рекомендации. На основе этой инструкции должны быть разработаны конкретные рабочие инструкции по эксплуатации каждой вентиляционной установки с учетам ее назначения и конкретных производственных условий цехов (отделений) предприятия.
