Reinforcement products and embedded parts, welded for reinforced concrete structures. Requirements and test methods
Status: Not effective - Superseded
The standard applies to welded reinforcement products (grids, frames and individual rods with welded joints), embedded parts, as well as welded joints (butt, cross-shaped, tee and overlap), used in the manufacture and installation of concrete structures. The standard establishes the technical requirements for reinforcement products, embedded parts, welded joints, the rules for their acceptance and methods of mechanical testing of welded joints. The standard does not apply to welded wire mesh with a diameter of less than 3 mm.
