The standard establishes: - the conceptual and terminological system of hazardous and harmful factors of the working environment and the labor process (hereinafter referred to as hazardous and harmful production factors); - the basis and content of the classification of hazardous and harmful production factors; - features of the development of standards of the Occupational Safety Standards System (SSBT) for the requirements and standards for the types of hazardous and harmful production factors. The classifications of hazardous and harmful production factors established by this standard can be used directly in the construction of methods for identifying hazardous and harmful production factors and assessing the risk of their impact on the workers, and can also serve as the basis for the development of specific regulations and (or) classifiers.
Стандарт устанавливает: - понятийную и терминологическую систему опасных и вредных факторов производственной среды и трудового процесса (далее - опасных и вредных производственных факторов); - основы и содержание классификации опасных и вредных производственных факторов; - особенности разработки стандартов Системы стандартов безопасности труда (ССБТ) на требования и нормы по видам опасных и вредных производственных факторов. Классификации опасных и вредных производственных факторов, устанавливаемые настоящим стандартом, могут быть использованы непосредственно при построении методик идентификации опасных и вредных производственных факторов и оценки риска их воздействия на организм работающих, а также могут послужить основой разработки конкретных нормативных актов и (или) классификаторов.
