The standard applies to the air of the working area of industrial enterprises of the national economy, as well as pilot production and establishes general sanitary and hygienic requirements for temperature, humidity, air velocity and harmful substances in the air of the working area.

Стандарт распространяется на воздух рабочей зоны производственных помещений предприятий народного хозяйства страны, а также опытно-экспериментальных производств и устанавливает общие санитарно-гигиенические требования к температуре, влажности, скорости движения воздуха и содержанию вредных веществ в воздухе рабочей зоны.
