The standard establishes general requirements for measuring and processing the results of measurements of vibration parameters at workplaces in industrial premises in all sectors of the national economy. The standard does not apply to measurements of vibration parameters transmitted through levers and control pedals, measurements of vibrations of building structures, carried out in order to verify their bearing capacity and the development of measures for vibration protection of equipment and instruments, as well as measurements of vibrations conducted for research purposes.
Стандарт устанавливает общие требования к проведению измерений и обработке результатов измерений параметров вибрации на рабочих местах в производственных помещениях во всех отраслях народного хозяйства. Стандарт не распространяется на измерения параметров вибрации, передающейся через рычаги и педали управления, на измерения колебаний строительных конструкций, выполняемые с целью проверки их несущей способности и разработки мероприятий по виброзащите оборудования и приборов, а также на измерения колебаний, проводимые для научно-исследовательских целей.
