Rules of state acceptance of products. General principles

The standard applies to products subject to state acceptance in associations and enterprises of industries. The standard establishes the general rules of state acceptance and testing of products, including the procedure for submitting for testing and (or) acceptance of the procedure for conducting tests of finished products and making decisions about their acceptance according to the results of tests; the relationship of the parties during testing and acceptance, as well as the recommended forms of documents drawn up during testing and acceptance. The standard is mandatory for manufacturers of products and state acceptance of them, as well as for other organizations that interact with them on issues of state acceptance of products.
Стандарт распространяется на продукцию, подлежащую государственной приемке в объединениях и на предприятиях отраслей промышленности. Стандарт устанавливает общие правила государственной приемки и испытаний продукции, включая порядок предъявления на испытания и (или) приемку порядок проведения испытаний готовой продукции и принятия решений о ее приемке по результатам испытаний; взаимоотношения сторон при проведении испытаний и приемке, а также рекомендуемые формы документов, оформляемых при испытаниях и приемке. Стандарт обязателен для предприятий-изготовителей продукции и Государственных приемок на них, а также для других организаций, взаимодействующих с ними по вопросам государственной приемки продукции.
