The standard applies to rabbit meat - carcasses of rabbits, rabbits, broilers and their parts (hereinafter - rabbit meat), intended for sale in trade, public catering and industrial processing. The standard does not apply to rabbit meat with added ingredients, including water.

Стандарт распространяется на мясо кроликов - тушки кроликов, кроликов-бройлеров и их части (далее - мясо кроликов), предназначенные для реализации в торговле, сети общественного питания и промышленной переработки. Стандарт не распространяется на мясо кроликов с добавленными ингредиентами, включая воду.
