The standard applies to the headsets of electric drives for arrows without external locking devices, headsets of electric drives with external locking devices for arrows and crosses with moving elements, external locking devices for arrows and crosses with moving elements intended for operation on public and non-public railway tracks. The standard is used in the development, design, manufacture and testing of headsets and external contactors in order to assess their compliance with safety requirements.
Стандарт распространяется на гарнитуры электроприводов для стрелок без внешних замыкателей, гарнитуры электроприводов с внешними замыкателями для стрелок и крестовин с подвижными элементами, внешние замыкатели для стрелок и крестовин с подвижными элементами, предназначенные для эксплуатации на железнодорожных путях общего и необщего пользования. Стандарт применяют при разработке, проектировании, изготовлении и испытаниях гарнитур и внешних замыкателей с целью оценки их соответствия требованиям безопасности.
