The standard applies to milk albumin, obtained from whey and intended for industrial processing, and albumin pastes with the addition of flavor components, cooked and intended for direct consumption in food, catering, and culinary purposes. Requirements to ensure the safety of products are set forth in 5.1.5 and 5.1.6, quality requirements in 5.1.2-5.1.4, labeling requirements in 5.3.
Стандарт распространяется на молочный альбумин, получаемый из молочной сыворотки и предназначенный для промышленной переработки, и пасты альбуминные с добавлением вкусовых компонентов, подвергнутые тепловой обработке и предназначенные для непосредственного употребления в пищу, общественного питания, кулинарных целей. Требования, обеспечивающие безопасность продуктов, изложены в 5.1.5 и 5.1.6, требования к качеству - в 5.1.2-5.1.4, требования к маркировке - в 5.3.
