Status: Applied in the EAEU
The standard applies to cottage cheese made from milk, with or without the addition of milk constituents, intended for sale and direct consumption, as well as for confectionery and food products and industrial processing for food purposes. The standard does not apply to cottage cheese, in the manufacture of which the removal of serum is carried out by centrifugation or ultrafiltration.
Стандарт распространяется на творог, изготовляемый из молока с добавлением или без добавления составных частей молока и предназначенный для реализации и непосредственного употребления в пищу, а также для кондитерских и кулинарных изделий и промышленной переработки на пищевые цели. Стандарт не распространяется на творог, при изготовлении которого удаление сыворотки осуществляют центрифугированием или ультрафильтрацией.
