The standard establishes the rules and methods for sampling food products and food raw materials for the determination of toxic elements, pesticides, mycotoxins, antibiotics, hormonal preparations, N-nitrosamines, nitrates, benzo (a) pyrene, polychlorinated biphenyls for parasitological evaluation of fish and fish products.
