The standard applies to food concentrates - semi-finished flour products, which are dry mixtures of pre-prepared food ingredients; flour, sugar, milk, egg powder, food additives or without them and other ingredients and intended for the preparation of cupcakes, cakes, cookies, rugs, pancakes, fritters, etc.
