This standard establishes the technical requirements for filling cylinders designed for a working pressure of not more than 20.0 MPa, which are intended for use only in vehicle power supply systems for storing on board compressed (compressed) natural gas (hereinafter CNG) under high pressure, used as fuel, and test methods. The cylinders intended for the storage of CNG may be made of steel, aluminum or non-metallic material and have a design that meets the established operating conditions. This standard applies to cylinders of the following types: -KPG-1-metal balloon, -KPG-2 balloon with a metal liner reinforced with external wound reinforcing material impregnated with a binder (winding in the form of hoops) -KPG-3-balloon with metal liner reinforced with a binder thread impregnated with a binder (continuous winding), CPG-4 balloon with a liner of non-metallic material reinforced with a binder thread impregnated with a binder (completely made of composite materials)
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает технические требования, предъявляемые к наполняемым баллонам, рассчитанным на рабочее давление не более 20,0 МПа, которые предназначены для использования только в составе систем питания транспортных сред��тв в целях хранения на борту компримированного (сжатого) природного газа (далее-КПГ) под высоким давлением, используемого в качестве топлива, и методы их испытаний. Баллоны, предназначенные для хранения КПГ, могут быть изготовлены из стали, алюминия или неметаллического материала и иметь конструкцию, которая соответствует установленным условиям эксплуатации. Действие настоящего стандарта распространяется на баллоны следующих типов: -КПГ-1-баллон металлический, -КПГ-2-баллон с металлическим лейнером, армированным внешней намоткой армирующим материалом, пропитанным связующим (намотка в виде обручей), -КПГ-3-баллон с металлическим лейнером, армированным жгутовой нитью пропитанной связующим (сплошная намотка), -КПГ-4-баллон с лейнером из неметаллического материала, армированным жгутовой нитью пропитанной связующим (полностью из композиционных материалов)
