Arc fault detection devices for household and similar use. General requirements
Status: Effective - Introduced for the first time. IUS 10-2017
This standard applies to protection devices for arc breakdown detection (UZDP) of household and similar purposes used in AC circuits. This standard applies to devices that simultaneously detect and limit the arc current to prevent a fire hazard, and defines operating criteria for opening the circuit under specified conditions if the arc current exceeds the limits specified in this standard
