This standard establishes performance requirements for reduced flat washers, accuracy class A, hardness classes 200 HV and 300 HV, and nominal sizes (nominal thread diameters) in the range from 1.6 to 36 mm, inclusive. Washers of hardness class 200 HV are used for: -screws with low cylindrical head, strength class 8.8 and higher, or made of stainless steel, -screws with cylindrical head and hex socket, strength class 8.8 and higher, or made of stainless steel, -screws with a cylindrical head and a star-shaped groove, of strength class 8.8 and above, or made of stainless steel, - screws with a low cylindrical head, thread extrusion with a hardened surface. Washers of a class of hardness of 300 HV are used for: -screws with a cylindrical head and a hexagonal recess, strength class 10.9 and higher, -screws with a cylindrical head and a star-shaped recess, strength class 10.9 or higher. If washer sizes other than those specified in this standard are required, they can be selected from those presented in ISO 887. If they clamp parts made of soft material or holes in parts with a large gap, the user should check the technical suitability of this type of washer
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает требования к характеристикам уменьшенных плоских шайб, класса точности А, классов твердости 200 HV и 300 HV и номинальных размеров (номинальные диаметры резьбы) в диапазоне от 1,6 до 36 мм, включительно. Шайбы класса твердости 200 HV применяют для: -винтов с низкой цилиндрической головкой, класса прочности 8.8 и выше, или изготовленных из нержавеющей стали, -винтов с цилиндрической головкой и шестигранным углублением, класса прочности 8.8 и выше, или изготовленных из нержавеющей стали, -винтов с цилиндрической головкой и звездообразным углублением, класса прочности 8.8 и выше, или изготовленных из нержавеющей стали, -винтов с низкой цилиндрической головкой резьбовыдавливающие с закаленной поверхностью. Шайбы класса твердости 300 HV применяют для: -винтов с цилиндрической головкой и шестигранным углублением, класса прочности 10.9 и выше, -винтов с цилиндрической головкой и звездообразным углублением, класса прочно-сти 10.9 и выше. Если необходимы размеры шайб, отличающиеся от установленных в настоящем стандарте, они могут быть выбраны из тех, которые представлены в ISO 887. Если зажимают детали из мягкого материала или отверстия в деталях с большим зазором, то пользователю следует проверить на техническую пригодность данного типа шайбы
