This standard specifies the requirements for the characteristics of large flat washers, accuracy class C, hardness class 100 HV and nominal sizes (nominal thread diameters) in the range from 3 mm to 36 mm, inclusive. The washers corresponding to this part of ISO 7093 are intended for use when clamping parts made of soft material or using blanks with a large gap in the holes. However, in the latter case, the suitability of the thickness of the washer should be checked. Washers of hardness class 100 HV are used for: - bolts and hexagon-head screws with accuracy class C and strength class 6.8 and higher, - hexagon nuts with accuracy class C and strength class 6 and higher, - screws which are extruded with a hardened surface. If washer sizes other than those specified in this standard are required, they can be chosen from those presented in ISO 887
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает требования к характеристикам крупных плоских шайб, класса точности С, класса твердости 100 HV и номинальных размеров (номинальные диаметры резьбы) в диапазоне от 3 мм до 36 мм, включительно. Шайбы, соответствующие этой части ISO 7093 предназначены для использования в случаях, когда зажимают детали из мягкого материала или используют заготовки с большим зазором в отверстиях. Тем не менее, в последнем случае, пригодность толщины шайбы следует проверить. Шайбы класса твердости 100 HV применяют для: -болтов и винтов с шестигранной головкой класса точности С и класса прочности 6.8 и выше, -шестигранных гаек класса точности С и класса прочности 6 и выше, -винтов резьбовыдавливающих с закаленной поверхностью. Если необходимы размеры шайб, отличающиеся от установленных в настоящем стандарте, они могут быть выбраны из тех, которые представлены в ISO 887
