This standard establishes uniform technical requirements for conducting qualification tests of welding (surfacing) and heat treatment technologies used in the manufacture, installation and operation (repair) of equipment and pipelines of nuclear power plants, for which the requirements related to ensuring safety in the field of atomic energy . The standard applies to the certification testing of technologies for welding (surfacing) and heat treatment used to perform welded joints (deposited coatings) of equipment and pipelines of nuclear power plants that meet the requirements of federal standards and regulations in the field of atomic energy, setting: operation of equipment and pipelines of nuclear power plants; - requirements for welding and surfacing of equipment and pipelines of nuclear power plants; - rules for metal control of equipment and pipelines of nuclear power plants during manufacture and installation; - rules of control of the base metal, welded joints and weld coatings in the operation of equipment, pipelines and other elements of nuclear power plants
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает единые технические требования к проведению аттестационных испытаний технологий сварки (наплавки) и термической обработки, используемых при производстве, монтаже и эксплуатации (ремонте) оборудования и трубопроводов атомных энергетических установок, для которых устанавливаются требования, связанные с обеспечением безопасности в области использования атомной энергии. Стандарт распространяется на аттестационные испытания технологий сварки (наплавки) и термической обработки, используемых для выполнения сварных соединений (наплавленных покрытий) оборудования и трубопроводов атомных энергетических установок, удовлетворяющих требованиям федеральных норм и правил в области использования атомной энергии, устанавливающих: - требования к устройству и безопасной эксплуатации оборудования и трубопроводов атомных энергетических установок; - требования к сварке и наплавке оборудования и трубопроводов атомных энергетических установок; - правила контроля металла оборудования и трубопроводов атомных энергетических установок при изготовлении и монтаже; - правила контроля основного металла, сварных соединений и наплавленных покрытий при эксплуатации оборудования, трубопроводов и других элементов атомных энергетических установок
