This standard establishes requirements for conducting non-destructive testing by radiographic method using x-rays, gamma radiation, hard bremsstrahlung and fixing the transformed radiation image of the test object on a radiographic film, means of control, personnel, processing and processing of test results, metrological support, security. This standard applies to welded joints and overlaid coatings of equipment and pipelines of nuclear power plants (NPP) and other elements of nuclear power plants (NPPs), made in accordance with the requirements of federal standards and regulations in the field of atomic energy, which establish: - requirements for welding and welding equipment and pipelines of the NPP; - rules for controlling the metal of equipment and pipelines of an NPP during manufacture and installation; - rules for the control of the base metal, welded joints and weld surfaces in the operation of equipment, pipelines and other speakers; - rules for the design and operation of localized safety systems of the NPP
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает требования к проведению неразрушающего контроля радиографическим методом с использованием рентгеновского излучения, гамма-излучения, жесткого тормозного излучения и фиксацией преобразованного радиационного изображения объекта контроля на радиографической пленке, средствам контроля, персоналу, обработке и оформлению результатов контроля, метрологическому обеспечению, а также требования безопасности. Настоящий стандарт распространяется на сварные соединения и наплавленные покрытия оборудования и трубопроводов атомных энергетических установок (АЭУ) и других элементов атомных станций (АС), выполненных в соответствии с требованиями федеральных норм и правил в области использования атомной энергии, устанавливающих: - требования к сварке и наплавке оборудования и трубопроводов АЭУ; - правила контроля металла оборудования и трубопроводов АЭУ при изготовлении и монтаже; - правила контроля основного металла, сварных соединений и наплавленных поверхностей при эксплуатации оборудования, трубопроводов и других элементов АС; - правила устройства и эксплуатации локализующих систем безопасности АС
