This standard establishes the procedure for conformity assessment in the form of mandatory certification of products for which the requirements related to safety in the field of atomic energy use are established. The standard is intended for use by product certification bodies and testing laboratories (centers) accredited in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of atomic energy use, organizations that are manufacturers, suppliers of products put into circulation in the Russian Federation, applicants for certification. This standard is used in conjunction with other standards for assessing compliance in the field of atomic energy use. This standard is interconnected with other standards that are part of the system of standards "System of conformity assessment in the field of atomic energy use". Before establishing the procedure for certification of products not included in the list of products, the conformity assessment of which is carried out in the form of mandatory certification of products, certification of such products is carried out in accordance with this standard
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает порядок оценки соответствия в форме обязательной сертификации продукции, для которой устанавливаются требования, связанные с обеспечением безопасности в области использования атомной энергии. Стандарт предназначен для применения органами по сертификации продукции и испытательными лабораториями (центрами), аккредитованными в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации в области использования атомной энергии, организациями, являющимися изготовителями, поставщиками продукции, выпускаемой в обращение на территории Российской Федерации, заявителями на сертификацию. Настоящий стандарт используется совместно с другими стандартами по оценке соответствия в области использования атомной энергии. Настоящий стандарт взаимосвязан с другими стандартами, входящими в систему стандартов «Система оценки соответствия в области использования атомной энергии». До установления порядка сертификации продукции, не включенной в перечень продукции, оценка соответствия которой осуществляется в форме обязательной сертификации продукции, сертификацию такой продукции проводят в соответствии с настоящим стандартом
