This standard establishes general requirements for the activities of ski resorts. This standard establishes standard packages of basic services in ski resorts, defines the technical and organizational conditions for the provision of each type of service, including safety requirements. This standard defines the general requirements for the formation of the management structure, the preparation of production activities for the provision of services, the management of economic, marketing, commercial and operational activities of the ski resort. This standard applies to organizations in the field of ski tourism of various forms of ownership and organizational and management structures.
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает общие требования к деятельности горнолыжных комплексов. В настоящем стандарте установлены типовые пакеты базовых услуг в горнолыжных комплексах, определены технические и организационные условия оказания для каждого вида услуг, включая требования к безопасности. Настоящий стандарт определяет общие требования к формированию структуры управления, подготовке производственной деятельности по оказанию услуг, ведению экономической, маркетинговой, коммерческой и операционной деятельности горнолыжного комплекса. Настоящий стандарт распространяется на организации в сфере горнолыжного туризма различных форм собственности и организационно-управленческих структур
